Help reduce stress and ease the suffering that comes with pain, tiredness, and poor health. We'll also do movements that help release tension and exercises to be kinder to ourselves. These practices are a better way to deal with tough times, manage pain, and improve how we feel overall.
This class is great for people who deal with ongoing pain, emotional or physical pain, sickness, tiredness, or any health issue like muscle pain, feeling unfocused, being in a low mood, or feeling anxious.
The class is based on the award-winning Mindfulness for Health course delivered by Rachele Smith from mindfulism® CIC. Rachele is a Qualified Mindfulness Professional with The British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches (BAMBA), delivering courses, workshops and retreats privately and to local governments and health departments internationally. She is experienced in working with clients suffering from long-term stress and health conditions, as well as managing 15 years of personal experience of injury and chronic pain with mindfulness.
